Cassandra:

Hey friend, it's Cassandra, and this is needed and known the podcast where we discover how to transform average moments into a great life by learning, growing, and becoming better humans together. I interview amazing people. Who've improved their communication relationships and perspectives and unique. This episode is going to have three parts. First, I'll give you suggestions for episodes to listen to. There's no use in saying goodbye. If you just got here next, I'll share some inspiration of how this podcast came to be. And then we'll wrap up with next steps for you. Here are my suggestions. If you are just dropping in and thinking, oh no, I've missed it. Or if you want to go back and listen to one of your favorite episodes or mine. If you want practical advice with actionable next steps in your personal life, here are the three episodes I recommend. First check out episode two, where Zap breaks down his percentage-based budgeting method that you have to hear episode nine, we'll get the kids in your life and me to a trick to fall asleep, more soundly in episode eight, Ericka describes the process of buying a business and overcoming the perfectionist in herself. If you want a hard adjustment, I recommend episode five, where Angela talks about a midlife pivot. She shared with her husband and how a fruitful life just looks different for her family. In episode six, KB from heart combos breaks down the vulnerability and why it is required for a solid relationship. In episode seven, I share the revelation I had about our values and the lens through which we all view the world. In episode 11 in 12, Courtney walks us through her cancer diagnosis and support system. So I recommend her episodes, both for a heart adjustment and for the third category, if you want to become better friend through actions, in addition to Courtney's two episodes about cancer and that whole process, I want you to listen to episode one about a home fire. Exactly what happens in that process and exactly what was needed in return. In episode three, Alison walks us through her husband's diagnosis of multiple sclerosis at age 21. And she talks about how friends supported them through that and what wasn't so helpful in episode four, Sarah talks about toxic positivity and the importance of sharing your story and episode 10, where gals that brunch co-founder, Tiffany walks us through three keys to making friends in a new place. One of the people that I interviewed said, I hope it encourages even one person. We can spend so much time wondering about the details and listening to other people's stories that we can't compete with and get discouraged and give up this podcast was that way. It started four years ago when I said, what if, but then that was dumb and who would listen? And so one year later I started typing notes into my phone of how it might be. And every few months I would pull up the note and add to it for me. For Justin Case, there's no magic in how I finally produced these shows for you. I finally realized that all successful people fail. And if I wasn't failing, I could never be successful because I wasn't willing to fail. Did you get all of that? This episode is a wrap up for season one. For years, I dreamt of doing a podcast or a radio show. I asked 15 people to interview and 11 said, yes, Did I fail four times kind of, but I feel like I was successful 11 times two to three times as many people listened as I hoped for every week. And I'm so honored, feel free to reach out to me if you haven't, I've always wanted to, that. You want to turn into, I did, this is my, I did, while this is the end of season one, season two already has a lot of notes. I've been working on.
